Moosewood Tabouli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulghur

  • 1 1/2 cup boiling water

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 heaping tablespoon crushed garlic

  • chopped scallions

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • lots of chopped Mint

  • lots of chopped parsley

  • diced tomatoes

  • lots of chopped cucumber

  • lots of Feta

Steps

  • Combine bulghur, water, salt. Cover and let stand for at least 15 minutes

  • Add lemon juice, garlic, olive oil refrigerate 2-3 hours

  • Add veggies, cheese.
