Moosewood Tabouli
Ingredients
1 cup bulghur
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 heaping tablespoon crushed garlic
chopped scallions
1/4 cup olive oil
lots of chopped Mint
lots of chopped parsley
diced tomatoes
lots of chopped cucumber
lots of Feta
Steps
Combine bulghur, water, salt. Cover and let stand for at least 15 minutes
Add lemon juice, garlic, olive oil refrigerate 2-3 hours
Add veggies, cheese.
