Ingredients
10 anchovies, chopped
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup black olives, chopped
2 tablespoons capers, chopped
1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
1/2 bunch parsley

Cook garlic in a bit of olive oil
Add everything but the parsley; heat through
