Pasta Puttanesca

Ingredients

  • 10 anchovies, chopped

  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1 cup black olives, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons capers, chopped

  • 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 bunch parsley

Steps

  1. Cook garlic in a bit of olive oil

  2. Add everything but the parsley; heat through

  3. Add parsley
