Tahini sauce
Ingredients
1/2 c tahini (150g) plus more as needed
1/2 c water (120mL), plus more as needed
2 tbsp lemon juice, plus more as needed
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 tsp salt
Steps
Mix together everything. Adjust with tahini or water or lemon until you get teh consistency of a smooth runny nut butter. It'll harden over time so add some more water or lemon juice to smooth it out. Will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
