This recipe is for 2 people (adjust as needed)
1/2 to 3/4 lb linguini
1 1/2 lb clams
8 garlic cloves
lots of parsley, chopped
1/2 cup white wine
butter & olive oil
Cook garlic in olive oil & butter
Add white wine, heat
Add clams, cover until all have popped (if some refuse to pop, throw them out)
Add parsley, serve.
