Linguini Vongole (clams)

This recipe is for 2 people (adjust as needed)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb linguini

  • 1 1/2 lb clams

  • 8 garlic cloves

  • lots of parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 cup white wine

  • butter & olive oil

Steps

  1. Cook garlic in olive oil & butter

  2. Add white wine, heat

  3. Add clams, cover until all have popped (if some refuse to pop, throw them out)

  4. Add parsley, serve.
