Spanish chicken
Ingredients
1/2 - 1 onion, finely diced
chicken parts
1/2 - 1 cup chicken broth
1 cup canned tomatos, diced or chopped up
1/2 - 1 cup white wine/vermouth
bunch of green olives, sliced
Steps
brown chicken in butter and/or olive oil, remove from pan
saute onion until soft
return chicken to pan, add liquids
cook until chicken is done, maybe half an hour
add olives, cook 5 more minutes
