Fish Chowder
Ingredients
2 slices bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c)
1 c sliced celery
2 large tomatoes, peeled, diced (1c)
1 large potato, diced (1c)
1 lb fish, any type of whitefish works
2 1/2c water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cup milk
Steps
Cook bacon, then onion, then celery.
Add water, s&p, potato, cook until done
Add fish and tomato, cook through
Make white sauce separately, then add.
